Yes. Most programs are available fully online or in a low-residency format.
Consciousness-Based Education is MIU’s holistic approach to learning that develops the whole person: mind, body, relationships, and consciousness. It combines traditional academics with an emphasis on personal growth and well-being, creating a transformative educational experience that supports lifelong success and fulfillment.

An undergraduate major (BA or BS) is a primary field of study during your undergraduate years. Majors define the actual degree earned and specify core courses, electives, and the foundational knowledge that you will acquire. Enroll in a major for greater depth and scope within a field.

A specialization is a focused set of courses (typically 32 credits) that provides training in a specific field, but it is not a standalone major. Specializations can be integrated into the interdisciplinary Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences or paired with another major. If you want to develop expertise in a subject while keeping the flexibility to explore a wide range of other interests, a specialization within the Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences is a great option.
