You’ll gain insight into how to:

  • Resolve conflicts quickly and gracefully through deeper listening
  • Stay centered instead of getting caught in others’ stories
  • Understand the deepest thoughts and feelings of others
  • Listen to yourself and others in a way that builds rapport and relationship.

This session highlights how MIU’s MA in Consciousness-Based Leadership & Coaching and EdD in Transformational Leadership Coaching develop the emotional intelligence and consciousness to gain these listening skills. Hear several current students talk about how they have learned and used these skills in their lives.

Join us for a discussion on how education rooted in the intelligence of nature can cultivate a more sustainable and conscious future — right where you are. From Soil to Soul, hosted by Jodi Hill, Director of the Regenerative Agriculture Program, explores how regenerative agriculture connects food, community, and purpose through learning that restores both the earth and ourselves.

Offered through Maharishi International University’s online and oncampus programs, this session shares how regenerative principles can be applied anywhere — from small gardens to large-scale farms — integrating science, sustainability, and mindfulness into a holistic approach to growing and living. While the program’s primary emphasis is on the online format, a smaller, restructured on-campus option also provides hands-on experiences for those who wish to deepen their connection to the land in person.

Join faculty and students who are pioneering ways to regenerate soil, strengthen communities, and redefine abundance from the ground up. Together, we’ll explore how education in regenerative agriculture brings head, heart, and hands into harmony — preparing a new generation to nourish the planet with awareness and care.
