Accommodations for Students of the Online BA in Ayurveda & Integrative Health
US online students will complete two 2-week clinical intensives at MIU’s Integrative Wellness Center in Fairfield, Iowa, or Doshi Center for Integrative Medicine in Los Angeles, California. As an invaluable component in your study and practice of Ayurveda, this intensive is required to complete the degree. The intensives are offered at different times throughout the year to accommodate your schedule.
Visitors’ residence & dormitories
- Standard Room (private room with a shared bath): $20 per person/per night ($120), or $210 per week for a room and a meal pass for MIU’s Annapurna Dining Hall
- Private Room (private room with a private bath): $35 per person/per night ($210), or $325 a week for a room and a meal pass for MIU’s Annapurna Dining Hall
Campus housing may not always be available during the dates of your residency. Housing rates are subject to change.
Housing is available in the peace palaces. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a residence designed according to the principles of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda (Vastu) architecture. Rooms are $65/night ($390 per week)
Meals on campus
For students staying in the peace palaces or otherwise paying for meals separately from housing, the prices for Annapurna Dining Hall are as follows:
- $10 for 1 meal
- $47.50 for 5 meals
- $95 for 10 meals
- $190 for 20 meals
- $279 for 30 meals
Doshi Center, Los Angeles
Accommodation at the Doshi Center is typically shared by two people in a unit with one bedroom, a living room, and a shared bathroom. Housing is $300 per week.
Doshi Center Single Occupancy is limited to two units; Private Room availability is not guaranteed and will depend on student registrations and pairing. Housing rates are subject to change.
The Doshi Center offers a fixed food cost of $175 per week and includes organic breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily. Meals are served at the dining hall in the main Doshi Center suite.
