  • Consciousness based approaches to leadership and management
  • Paradigms, Theories and Dynamics of a Peaceful and Flourishing world
  • Consciousness-based approaches to leadership and management education

The world has evolved to become more prosperous over the last more than 100 years. Yet grand challenges such as climate change and social inequality pose an existential threat to our species and the world. Rapidly transforming technologies and societies are generating alienation, fear and anxiety. Pandemics recognize no national borders. There cannot be peace and flourishing in the world till everyone is cared for. Ancient scriptures and many scholars suggest raising the consciousness of the people and viewing the world as one huge family, in which every person’s actions provide benefit to the entire family. Many organizations and institutions around the world are working tirelessly, in diverse ways and levels, towards raising the consciousness of the world. For the last 50 years, Maharishi International University has spearheaded groundbreaking research on consciousness-based approach to society, leadership, management, education, defense, and more.

Open Invitation for your Contribution

We welcome the full spectrum of research around the growing convergence between ancient scriptures and modern quantum sciences. Researchers from the fields of leadership, management, education, entrepreneurship, physical sciences, social sciences, arts, religion, philosophy, social action, and others are warmly invited to contribute to and participate in the conference. Formal research studies demonstrating proof of efficacy of a method or technique will be welcome; and papers exploring new perspectives and theories are also welcome. Other non traditional modalities that may lend themselves to raising of consciousness, such as music, dance, dialog, poetry, humour, stories, and meditations will also be welcome. Business leaders and entrepreneurs are encouraged to share their experiences and principles in working towards universal human flourishing. The conference will have an emergent quality, with just enough structure for bliss and creativity to flourish.
