Hildenbrand Hall
Hildenbrand Hall is a welcoming three-story residence hall offering single occupancy rooms in a supportive, community-focused environment. Two of the three floors are designated for female student housing, ensuring a comfortable and respectful living space. The hall features a shared community kitchen, a fitness room, and a dedicated meditation space, along with three shared bathrooms per floor, a laundry facility, and common areas designed for study, relaxation, and connection.

The Granville Ave Residences, commonly referred to as the “Frats,” consist of five two-story buildings, each with two wings per floor. Two buildings are designated for female students and three for male students. In support of MIU’s commitment to inclusion, one of the female-designated residences includes a wing specifically welcoming to students from the LGBTQ+ community, offering a safe and affirming space while remaining open to any student who feels comfortable in that environment. Each wing contains nine single-occupancy rooms and a shared community bathroom. A spacious central common area – accessible from both wings – serves as a study lounge, TV room, and workout space. Each building also includes a community kitchen and a laundry room, providing a comfortable and connected residential experience.

Known as Vāstu housing, this residence provides a more intentional living environment. This unit accommodates eight students and includes a shared living room, kitchen, and laundry area, while offering the comfort and privacy of individual bathrooms for each resident. Vāstu rooms require an additional fee per semester and are highly sought after. We encourage interested students to apply early, as availability is limited.
