We Create Our Reality: A Brain-Based Guide for Success in Life
Course Description
“We create our reality” is a common phrase used by motivational speakers. This course looks at the reality of this concept in terms of brain functioning and in the way the brain changes with every experience.
This course will be like no other course you have ever taken! Be prepared to pause the video and explore visual illusions, draw pictures, and wrestle with deep questions. Roll up your sleeves and be ready to explore how shapes, colors, and sounds coming in from the environment are combined with our attention going out to create what we see. After the course, you will know that you are in charge; that your intention is what in time structures your reality.
