Dil Siwakoti: Fulfilling a Childhood Dream

Dil Siwakoti was working as assistant manager in a small restaurant in Albany, New York, when a new customer came in. His name was Tom Bojarksi, a teacher of the Transcendental Meditation technique, who told Dil about his work and travels in India and Nepal. Dil, who grew up in Nepal, immediately took to Tom and soon learned the TM technique from him.

Business Students Attend Fairfield Entrepreneurs Association Awards Reception

The Fairfield Entrepreneurs Association held its annual awards reception on January 28th. This year’s event was especially significant, as 2016 marked the non profit’s 50th anniversary. While the FEA support all types of entrepreneurship, this year they decided to pay a special tribute to the intersection between art and entrepreneurship in Fairfield.

Systems Thinking: Sally Wilson’s Leveraging Tool for Social Change

On December 7th, 2015, Sally Wilson addressed a full classroom in the Sustainable Living building at Maharishi International University, where she will be teaching an Applied Systems Thinking class in February as an Adjunct Faculty member.

A farmer and rancher most of her life, Sally holds a PhD in Biology and currently heads the Entrepreneurial Agriculture program at Marshall Town Community College. MBA Students Pursue a Safer Fairfield
