Dr. Song studies how individual emotional intelligence (EI) can transform itself into system-centered group emotional intelligence (SGEI) competences through social capital resources integration mechanism to influence individual’s work engagement behavior.

Her Fields of research interests include 1) organizational psychology and behavior 2) strategic management 3) system thinking for sustainability education.
