Tom Palladino
Before Tom Palladino joined MIU in 2013, he spent over 30 years as a Human Resources professional and executive. He held key leadership positions in various companies including Conoco, Wells Fargo, Starbucks Coffee, and Green Plains Renewable Energy.
Prior positions include: Senior Consultant International Human Resources (Conoco); Director, Global Staffing; Director of Compensation and Benefits (Starbucks); Vice President, HR Operations (First Data); and Executive Vice President (Green Plains). Tom was assigned to positions in the USA and overseas.
Tom teaches Human Resources, Management and Organization, Change Management, Career Strategies, and Conflict Resolution.
Tom also maintains a consulting business that focuses on Human Resources Analytics.
Tom has his bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from Creighton University.
