David Scharf has a broad background in Maharishi Vedic Science, Philosophy of Higher States of Consciousness, Quantum Neuroscience, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, History and Philosophy of Science. His Ph.D specialized in the history and philosophy of science. For the last 16 years he has been designing and developing commercial software and automated systems. More
