Alok has been working with customers to implement both Generative AI and Predictive AI technologies in the enterprise. He has a Master’s in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Texas A&M University. Alok has worked at KPMG, BearingPoint, SAP, and NTT Data before his stint at Unvired.

Michael Zwell, Ph.D., is Managing Director of the Human Emergence Group. He is also CEO for the Foundation for the Realization of Human Potential and Professor of Transformational Coaching at Maharishi International University. He is also a certified coach for the Great Game of Business and Past President of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching.

Gordon Medlock has over 30 years of teaching and practice experience in the fields of coaching psychology, psychotherapy, education, and human capital management consulting. He was formerly the director of Doctoral Research at Wright Graduate University and is currently Director of the new MIU EdD Program in Transformational Coaching and Leadership. He has been a keynote speaker and presenter at numerous international conferences on coaching and existential-humanistic psychology, and has published over a dozen peer-reviewed research articles in these fields.

Dr. Lisa Sanden is a nationally recognized speaker and consultant with over 30 years of experience in the diverse fields of Montessori education, graduate education, and corporate training. She is also an Assistant Professor of Transformational Coaching and Leadership at Maharishi International University and a coach and trainer for the Human Emergence Group.

Doug created a video for the TedEd Internet series, to explain monetary policy, that has been viewed more than 3 1/2 million times. The Federal Reserve Bank engaged Doug as an Education Consultant, and his book, “75/25: Three quarters of an MBA, One Quarter of the Grief!”, has been used by top law schools, businesses and entrepreneurs.

Doug has undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Biological Psychology, having attended Stanford and Oxford and U.C.Berkeley. Doug received his JD from USC and his MBA from UCLA.

Doug and his wife, Ann, live in Los Angeles, have been together more than 40years and have two grown children. Doug actively practices TM.

In 1990, Candace Badgett and her husband, Rogers Badgett, built a 36,000 sq ft health facility, The Raj, in Fairfield, Iowa, pioneering the use of Ayur-Vedic medicine in North America. They are the owners and operators of this facility, as well as international consultants to those who wish to open Ayur-Vedic clinics in their countries.

As one of 24 International Trustees, Candace Badgett has administrative responsibility for the women’s organization that offers the Transcendental Meditation (TM) program, and associated programs, to women in the United States, Canada and Australia. In this capacity, she also provides advanced lectures and programs for women practitioners of Transcendental Meditation.Candace graduated from Maharishi International University, in Fairfield, Iowa in 1975, and received a PhD from Maharishi European Research University, Vlodrop, The Netherlands, in 2007, after completing a two-year course under Maharishi’s direct guidance.

She has been a teacher of the TM program for almost 50 years and has taught TM worldwide.

She is on the Board of Trustees of the women’s university, Maharishi University of Enlightenment, as well as a Board member of the World Association of Vedic Science (WAVES), a leading International organization sponsoring yearly academic Conferences on Vedic Science. In 2014 she organized for the WAVES conference to be held at MUM.

She is also a Board member of the World Health Foundation that supports international projects to provide sustainable health programs, and to protect the culture of indigenous peoples.

Candace and her husband, who is the current mayor, are founding members of Maharishi Vedic City – Iowa’s newest city created to uphold Vedic principles including organic agriculture, natural medicine, sustainable architecture, and Consciousness-based Education.

Ms. Zumeta is a former board member and president of the Academy of Family Mediators (now merged into the Association for Conflict Resolution), past president of the Michigan Council for Family and Divorce Mediation, and past Regional Vice President of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Magazine.

Ms. Zumeta has extensive experience as a trainer, mediator, facilitator and consultant. She has been providing mediation services since 1981.
She is an approved civil and family mediator in Michigan, and an approved mediation trainer for Michigan and many other states. She has taught at Hamline University School of Law, and is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, and Cooley Law School.

Ms. Zumeta is the recipient of the the Family Mediation Council-Michigan Liftetime Achievement in Mediation Award; the National Education Association/Saturn Corporation Award for Union-Management Collaboration; the John Haynes Distinguished Mediator Award from the Association for Conflict Resolution; and the Kumba Award from the National Conference on Minorities in ADR.

Randall Tolpinrud is president of Pax Natura Foundation and the Bosque Lluvioso.

Randall was involved in the early stages of the Sustainable Development movement in the early 1990’s and was the author of a popular book on the principles of Green Building. As a Broker and Instructor in sustainable development with the State of Utah Department of Commerce, he partnered with Utah State University to build the most energy-efficient and healthy demonstration home of its time at the University’s Botanical Center. Randall taught philosophy, mysticism, and environmental ethics at a small college in Utah. He is the principle author of the Pax Natura Declaration and Charter and has participated and spoken at numerous environment conferences in the U.S., Europe and Central America. He, along with other Pax Natura Trustees, represented Costa Rican forest conservation programs at the United Nations Framework on Climate Change (UNFCCC), within the Conference of the Parties (COP), and at Carbon Market Conferences throughout the world.

Randall is President of Groupwest Corporation that promotes energy and resource-efficient building design and has earned several awards for its residential and commercial development. As a member of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES), Groupwest has developed several solar-photovoltaic generating plants. Randall serves on the board of directors for Round River Conservation Studies and is a member of the Organic Consumers Association and an advocate for non-GMO agriculture and agro-ecology. He has also served as a director of the Environmental Humanities Graduate program at the University of Utah College of Humanities. Randall received a BA in Philosophy and a MS in Environmental Studies from the University of Utah.

Ulmer Jr. Award for Career Contributions to Applied Leadership Research; and the 2014 Chris Argyris Career Achievement Award from the Academy of Management.

He recently published his book “Numbskull in the Theatre of Inquiry: Transforming Self, Friends, Organizations, and Social Science”.
