Alok Pant is CEO of Houston based Unvired Inc., with over 20 years of experience in leading digital transformation projects. He has extensive experience in business process consulting, sales, marketing, alliances, and product management. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events, sharing his insights on digital transformation, enterprise mobility, and artificial intelligence.

Alok has been working with customers to implement both Generative AI and Predictive AI technologies in the enterprise. He has a Master’s in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Texas A&M University. Alok has worked at KPMG, BearingPoint, SAP, and NTT Data before his stint at Unvired.

Doug has been successful in both academia and in the “real world.” Doug has served on the faculty of the law and business schools at UCLA, USC, and UC Berkeley and has worked as an investment banker, a management consultant and lawyer.

Doug created a video for the TedEd Internet series, to explain monetary policy, that has been viewed more than 3 1/2 million times. The Federal Reserve Bank engaged Doug as an Education Consultant, and his book, “75/25: Three quarters of an MBA, One Quarter of the Grief!”, has been used by top law schools, businesses and entrepreneurs.

Doug has undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Biological Psychology, having attended Stanford and Oxford and U.C.Berkeley. Doug received his JD from USC and his MBA from UCLA.

Doug and his wife, Ann, live in Los Angeles, have been together more than 40years and have two grown children. Doug actively practices TM.

Karla Lellis is an LL.M. graduate from Syracuse University College of Law and a current S.J.D. candidate expected to graduate in 2025, specializing in cybersecurity and data protection. She has completed specialized courses at Berkeley Law, CA, and Pontifical Catholic University (P.U.C.) on Compliance and Technology Law and General Data Protection Law (LGPD)

Karla’s research centers on protecting individual rights in the digital age, mainly through cybersecurity class actions. Her expertise lies in class action advantages for compensating data breach victims. She recently presented her research, “Cybersecurity Class Actions and the Protection of Individual Rights in the Digital Age,” at Washington University in St. Louis. Her work is dedicated to enhancing legal frameworks to combat cybercrime and safeguard individuals’ digital rights.

As an eco-packaging sustainability expert, Sriman Banerjee, leads Takada’s Global Packaging Development & Commercial Device Engineering team, driving innovative drug delivery, design, and compliance.

Guiding pipeline initiatives and fostering sustainable solutions, he adeptly manages life cycles, expansions, and commercial device advancements, strategically securing future opportunities while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.

Navarrete is a member of the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture (ANFA) and a research fellow at The Center for Conscious Design. He is also a member of The Center for Health Design and the National Association of Science Writers (NASW).

David has contributed feature articles to Work/Design Magazine, Radiology Today, and Commercial Real Estate Technology, plus co-authored research articles for Conscious Cities Journal, Conscious Cities Anthology, Human Spaces, and Salus Journal.

He is a Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP) and expert in artificial intelligence, software engineering, learning analytics, and electronic commerce. His research interests include climate informatics, energy informatics, business informatics, and health informatics.

As one of 24 International Trustees, Candace Badgett has administrative responsibility for the women’s organization that offers the Transcendental Meditation (TM) program, and associated programs, to women in the United States, Canada and Australia. In this capacity, she also provides advanced lectures and programs for women practitioners of Transcendental Meditation.Candace graduated from Maharishi International University, in Fairfield, Iowa in 1975, and received a PhD from Maharishi European Research University, Vlodrop, The Netherlands, in 2007, after completing a two-year course under Maharishi’s direct guidance.

She has been a teacher of the TM program for almost 50 years and has taught TM worldwide.

She is on the Board of Trustees of the women’s university, Maharishi University of Enlightenment, as well as a Board member of the World Association of Vedic Science (WAVES), a leading International organization sponsoring yearly academic Conferences on Vedic Science. In 2014 she organized for the WAVES conference to be held at MUM.

She is also a Board member of the World Health Foundation that supports international projects to provide sustainable health programs, and to protect the culture of indigenous peoples.

Candace and her husband, who is the current mayor, are founding members of Maharishi Vedic City – Iowa’s newest city created to uphold Vedic principles including organic agriculture, natural medicine, sustainable architecture, and Consciousness-based Education.

She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. Ms. Zumeta is a former board member and president of the Academy of Family Mediators (now merged into the Association for Conflict Resolution), past president of the Michigan Council for Family and Divorce Mediation, and past Regional Vice President of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Magazine.

Ms. Zumeta has extensive experience as a trainer, mediator, facilitator and consultant. She has been providing mediation services since 1981.
She is an approved civil and family mediator in Michigan, and an approved mediation trainer for Michigan and many other states. She has taught at Hamline University School of Law, and is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, and Cooley Law School.

Ms. Zumeta is the recipient of the the Family Mediation Council-Michigan Liftetime Achievement in Mediation Award; the National Education Association/Saturn Corporation Award for Union-Management Collaboration; the John Haynes Distinguished Mediator Award from the Association for Conflict Resolution; and the Kumba Award from the National Conference on Minorities in ADR.

Ajay Prakash Shrivastava is a long time practitioner of Maharishi’s Transcendental Meditation program and a TM teacher. He was personally trained by Maharishi and worked under his guidance for various projects, connected with various social, educational and charitable organizations in India and internationally.

Ajay Prakash Shrivastava is the Chancellor of Maharishi University of Information Technology and the President of Maharishi Institute of Creative Intelligence.

He is also the President of Maharishi Shiksha Sansthan since its inception. This Society is managing more than 125 Schools under the name “Maharishi Vidya Mandir” and consciousness based education all over the country.

Andrew Bargerstock, M.B.A., C.P.A., Ph.D. Management (MIU) is a former Fortune 500 executive, auditor of publicly traded companies, Lean Management consultant, published author of numerous peer-reviewed articles in the fields of accounting, finance, lean management, and human resources management. He is the former Director of the MBA program at MIU. Over the past ten years, his attention has been in the field of investment management where he teaches online courses in long-term investing and short-term options trading with RuleOneInvesting.com. In addition, during the past several years, Dr. B has been an Adjunct Finance Professor with Norwich University in Vermont.

Early in his career, over a 10-year period, Ernie worked and lived in Sarawak, Malaysia (with the US Peace Corps), then in Angola, Brazil, Italy and Kenya as a teacher and principal with International Schools Services. Subsequently, he co-led a major organizational change project with the New York City school system, working with the New York Urban Coalition, a consortium of corporations investing in major urban change.

For the last 32 years, Ernie has been leading LIM. In this capacity, he has been building LIM as an organization and working on a variety of change initiatives within multinational corporations around the world including merger integration, leadership development, team development, culture change, organizational alignment, human resource development and team coach development. Ernie has coached many executives from all kinds of industries and over 120 leadership teams. He has written numerous articles on leadership, teamwork, peer group coaching and learning and contributed to several books including Earning While Learning in Global Leadership, recounting Volvo’s 10-year experience using Action Reflection Learning principles and practices. He led a cross-functional team of AstraZeneca professionals in writing The Little Book on Teamwork. Ernie and Isabel Rimanoczy, co-authored Action Reflection Learning: Solving Real Business Problems by Connecting Learning with Earning. He has written another book, Gentle Interventions for Team Coaching: Little things that make a BIG difference. He is currently writing another book on Shared Leadership Disciplines. He is a frequent conference speaker.

Randall was involved in the early stages of the Sustainable Development movement in the early 1990’s and was the author of a popular book on the principles of Green Building. As a Broker and Instructor in sustainable development with the State of Utah Department of Commerce, he partnered with Utah State University to build the most energy-efficient and healthy demonstration home of its time at the University’s Botanical Center. Randall taught philosophy, mysticism, and environmental ethics at a small college in Utah. He is the principle author of the Pax Natura Declaration and Charter and has participated and spoken at numerous environment conferences in the U.S., Europe and Central America. He, along with other Pax Natura Trustees, represented Costa Rican forest conservation programs at the United Nations Framework on Climate Change (UNFCCC), within the Conference of the Parties (COP), and at Carbon Market Conferences throughout the world.

Randall is President of Groupwest Corporation that promotes energy and resource-efficient building design and has earned several awards for its residential and commercial development. As a member of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES), Groupwest has developed several solar-photovoltaic generating plants. Randall serves on the board of directors for Round River Conservation Studies and is a member of the Organic Consumers Association and an advocate for non-GMO agriculture and agro-ecology. He has also served as a director of the Environmental Humanities Graduate program at the University of Utah College of Humanities. Randall received a BA in Philosophy and a MS in Environmental Studies from the University of Utah.

William Torbert is currently a founding board member of Global Leadership Associates and Amara Collaborative, as well as Leadership Professor Emeritus at Boston College. Recent recognitions include: the 2010 Outstanding Scholar Award from the Western Academy of Management; the 2012 re-publication of his 2005 HBR article “Seven Transformations of Leadership” as one of the Harvard Business Review’s top ten leadership reads ever; the 2013 Center for Creative Leadership Walter F. Ulmer Jr. Award for Career Contributions to Applied Leadership Research; and the 2014 Chris Argyris Career Achievement Award from the Academy of Management.

He recently published his book “Numbskull in the Theatre of Inquiry: Transforming Self, Friends, Organizations, and Social Science”.
